Dynamic Residential Project Sales team specialises in selling high quality off-the-plan Apartment & Townhouse developments across Melbourne. The team also consult with property developers looking to create luxury and liveable communities in various established and growth suburbs.
About the role
This is an opportunity not to be missed for a keen and passionate person looking to become a future high performing property Sales Agent.
As a residential Off-the-Plan Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling newly developed residential properties before and after construction is completed. Your primary will duties include engaging with potential buyers, presenting property plans, facilitating sales negotiations, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. You will work closely with developers, marketing teams, and clients to promote off-the-plan properties in some of Melbourne’s landmark developments.
Strong communication, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the property market are essential for success in this role.
You will receive an incredible amount of support and increased opportunity in the real estate industry. All our residential projects are supported by full advertising campaigns, a full suite of marketing collateral, dedicated on-site Display Showrooms and a full, close-knit team of marketing and administration staff who you will work alongside to gain all the knowledge and assistance you require.
Experience in property sale is essential. Experience in selling off-the-plan properties is preferred, though not essential.
The Role will require undertaking the following activities:
Coordinating Display Opens for off-the-plan property showrooms, travelling to multiple developments across Melbourne and learning the architecturally features and state of the art facilities of the luxury townhouses and apartments.
Welcoming prospective buyers that come through display showrooms and helping them decide on their potential new home.
Responding to online and walk-in enquiry generated from marketing campaigns, nurturing warm prospects, and arranging initial consultations and property tours.
Requirements for the successful candidate:
Takes initiative, with high self-motivation and drive
A strong knowledge of how a real estate purchase takes place.
Eagerness to set-up Appointments and attend Open for Inspections.
A genuine drive to provide unmatched customer service
Proficiency in using a CRM (we will train you in ours)
Professionally presented and well spoken
Valid driver's licence and mode of transportation
Applicants must possess an Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate Agent's Licence.
Importantly - You’re not a nine-to-fiver, knowing that to deliver a result you need to be flexible with when and where you achieve a result, including weekends.
