Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate exciting marketing projects across Trio’s brands and product categories.

Support trade shows, retail activations, seasonal promos, and special events - from concept to execution.

Help bring visuals to life - from flyers and social posts to signage and packaging.

Manage suppliers, especially print and production partners.

Keep their marketing resource hubs, catalogues, and documentation up to date.

Collaborate closely with the design team to brief and oversee creative projects.

Take photos and short videos at key events and store activations.

Support team admin tasks and assist where needed - always with a can-do mindset.

What You’ll Bring:

2+ years in a marketing, coordination, or creative role.

Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) - this is ESSENTIAL.

Confident communicator across phone, email, and in person - with suppliers, internal teams, and store staff.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts at once.

Experience in coordinating events and promotions.

Skills in photography and social media content creation.

A collaborative mindset and genuine love for working with people.
