Job Summary:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing
strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones. You will manage digital marketing
campaigns, social media presence, content creation, and partnerships to grow brand awareness and
increase bookings.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to promote our catering
services and event venue, supporting business growth and sales objectives.
 Advise management on marketing campaigns and audience targeting to build brand
awareness and effectively promote our offerings.
 Manage social media accounts by creating and scheduling content, running targeted ad
campaigns, and analysing engagement data.
 Oversee website updates and SEO strategies, recommending content improvements to
enhance visibility and user engagement.
 Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads, drive conversions, and
support customer retention.
 Design and coordinate promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital assets,
ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.
 Conduct market research and analyse industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor
activities to identify opportunities.
 Support the development of marketing objectives, programs, and advertising initiatives
aligned with our strategic goals.
 Build and maintain relationships with vendors, event planners, and corporate clients to
expand market reach.
 Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights to refine
strategies and improve outcomes.

 Attend industry events, expos, and networking functions to promote services and strengthen
our market presence.
Skills & Qualifications:
 Formal qualifications in a related discipline or a minimum of 12 months of experience in an
advertising or marketing position
 Knowledge and operational skills for:
 Social media platforms/ scheduling assistants
 Design/ Editing software (Canva, InDesign, Adobe Suite etc.)
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 Strong attention to detail and presentation
 Good communication and teamwork skills
 Ability to work unsupervised
 willingness to work outside of regular business hours
