CRM Campaign Marketing Coordinator
We are looking for someone with Marketing and Editorial experience for the new role of CRM Campaign Marketing Coordinator on our team. This new role brings new concepts and ideas to life in the form of outbound promotional campaigns, pitch documents and proposals. Our product is marketing, and you will use your skills to help us market ourselves. This role works closely with the publishing and commercial teams and is central to the business of the company. You will learn how great ideas sell, and master the creation of direct campaigns that are effective.
About you:
- You may have done a similar role before in a Commercial, Media or Agency environment.
- Can communicate ideas in documents – you understand the importance of a catchy headline, appreciate simplicity, and know how to create a document that brings an idea to life.
- Editorial background – You recognise the importance of accuracy, copyright, getting details right in transactable documents and timeliness
- Commercially-minded – You are fond of a brainstorm, enjoy collaborations with commercial team members and customers
- You can recognise a clients’ story, see how it fits within the narrative of a media group, and see what is required to bring that story to life when marketing with us,
- Have organized expo stands before and understand how to prepare a visually strong stand,
- Are familiar with keeping a number of balls in the air, and the importance of communicating to stakeholders.

Experience
- Able to write to express a campaign idea – we will ask for examples and do a writing test as part of our recruitment process.
- Demonstratable experience in dealing with clients’ communication needs
- Office suite including proficiency at XLS.
- INDD would be an advantage but can be taught
- Hub Spot would be an advantage but can be taught
