Founded in 2020, Boutique Fitness Studios (BFS) is the master franchisor for world-renowned fitness brands, including CycleBar, StretchLab, Rumble Boxing, and Club Pilates. With around 60 open studios across Australia and New Zealand—and rapid growth on the horizon—we’re looking for a proactive and eager team player to support our marketing team.

About the Role

As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager, Brand Managers, and wider BFS team to help execute and support marketing initiatives across multiple brands. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is just starting their marketing career and eager to learn in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with digital audits to ensure brand consistency across Google, social media, and studio microsites.
• Support the creation of marketing materials, including slide decks, reports, and campaign content.
• Help develop social media content, including example captions, national page posts, and engagement strategies.
• Coordinate marketing reminder emails and newsletters to keep studios informed on upcoming promotions and key initiatives.
• Research and support grassroots marketing efforts, assisting studios with local events, brand collaborations, and influencer partnerships.
• Conduct competitor analysis to track industry trends, promotions, and marketing strategies.
• Assist in digital advertising performance tracking to ensure studios are running effective ad campaigns.
• Provide general marketing support to the team, assisting with requests, content creation, and brand initiatives.
• Assist in the conception of national brand campaigns, promotions, and events to help spread awareness across Australia and New Zealand.
• Assist with planning and organisation for brand-relevant photoshoots and videoshoots.
• Provide administrative support, including setting up new logins and accounts, managing the new franchisee onboarding process, and assisting with compliance and documentation.
• Support the leasing, construction, and fit out process by working with the Leasing Manager to ensure everything is running according to plan.
  

About You

We're looking for someone with:
✔ A can-do attitude and a strong eagerness to learn.
✔ Excellent organisation and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks across multiple brands.
✔ Confidence liaising with franchise studios, third-party providers, and US-based partners.
✔ A passion for fitness, marketing, and brand growth.
✔ Experience using Canva to create basic marketing assets.
✔ Experience editing videos and making Instagram Reels (a big advantage!).
✔ The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
✔ A basic understanding of digital marketing, particularly organic social media, paid social media advertising, and paid search advertising (an advantage).
