We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Coordinator who’s as strategic as they are creative—someone who thrives on taking ownership, delivering results, and driving meaningful engagement across channels.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role reporting directly to our Managing Director. You’ll lead the development and execution of GaP Solutions’ brand, marketing, and communications strategy—shaping how we’re seen, heard, and experienced across Australia and New Zealand.

What You'll Do

Strategy & Brand Leadership

Own and execute the annual marketing strategy—aligned with company goals, product roadmaps, and sales targets.

Champion our brand voice—flexible, innovative, and solutions-focused—across every platform and channel.

Translate strategic direction into clear marketing plans with measurable outcomes.

Content Creation & Storytelling

Manage and evolve brand guidelines, tone of voice, and product messaging for EM Cloud™, EM POS™, and other offerings.

Write and produce standout content—blogs, white papers, case studies, release notes, brochures, videos, email campaigns, and social posts.

Digital & Demand Generation

Lead SEO/SEM strategy, optimise website UX, and drive lead generation through digital campaigns and marketing automation (Mailchimp).

Manage and grow our presence across social platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.

Own our keyword strategy and performance metrics using GA4 and analytics dashboards.

Product & Partner Marketing

Drive go-to-market plans for new software modules and hardware launches.

Co-market with strategic partners to increase reach, credibility, and sales engagement.

Events & Trade Shows

Plan and execute national trade shows from end to end—including stand design, demo journeys, lead capture, and follow-up strategies.

Coordinate speaking opportunities and manage event marketing logistics.

Customer Engagement & Community

Produce monthly newsletters and in-app updates to highlight new features, success stories, and customer wins.

Build and support customer communities through user groups, webinars, and referral programs.

Support the creation of knowledge base content and training videos to support customer success.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years in a B2B or B2C marketing role, ideally in SaaS, retail tech, or POS environments.

Proven ability to run lean, high-performing, multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Exceptional writing and storytelling skills—you can distill technical content into compelling customer benefits.

Hands-on expertise with SEO, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp).

Strong working knowledge of WordPress and website optimisation.

Advanced graphic design skills across Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience leading trade shows, events, and promotional activations.

A strategic mindset with the ability to prioritise, delegate, and work cross-functionally.

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
