Tapanappa Wines Pty Ltd and Terre à Terre Pty Ltd are two Australian boutique wine producers. The brands are all sold together in Tapanappa Cellar Door and then on their respective websites, and Marketing and DTC Engagement are managed by the Marketing and DTC Manager. They are seeking to hire a Marketing & Event Coordinator to work with the Marketing and DTC Manager for their Tapanappa and Terre à Terre/DAOSA brands in order to increase brand awareness in the market (the Marketing & Event Coordinator).

In coordination with the Business Managers, and under the direction of the Marketing and DTC Manager, the Marketing & Event Coordinator will have the following roles:

Marketing & Engagement:

- Develop the annual marketing plan based on the wine release schedule & event schedule of Tapanappa and Terre à Terre/DAOSA Wines with the Marketing & DTC Manager

- Manage digital presence of Tapanappa, DAOSA and Terre à Terre, including social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook), SEO, and websites
- DTC & marketing content creation, including written and design, for Tapanappa, Terre a Terre & DAOSA, such as eDMs, seasonal newsletters, and cellar door collateral

- Manage communications with journalists

- Communicate new releases, wine reviews and other brand-related news with the wholesale distribution team at Terroir Selections

Event Coordination:

- Create and execute the annual trade & consumer event calendar for Tapanappa and Terre à Terre/DAOSA with the Business Managers and the Marketing & DTC Manager

- Planning and execution of trade and DTC events in coordination with the Marketing & DTC Manager and the state sales managers

- Design and create relevant event marketing collateral

Skills:

Strong writing skills

A confident communicator with a clear understanding of the winemaking process

Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders

Level three WSET or equivalent wine knowledge

Adobe suite, in particular InDesign and Photoshop

Detailed and organised
