Property Manager

This rare role, managing 140 properties local to the office, for 1 landlord/owner, with no weekends, a handover, using PropertyMe Systems and working for a Tier 1 Real Estate Brand in St.Kilda area could literally be a dream role in property management.

This is the perfect opportunity for a Property Manager with some experience to get probably one of the best balanced roles ever to exist in residential property management.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm approx, no weekends, ever.

Must have VCAT experience for this role, in-case you do need to go to VCAT (no messy portfolio or backlog of VCAT cases are expected for you in this portfolio, but we want to be covered with an experienced PM who can service this 1x friendly / professional landlord well if needed)

Leasing Consultant is provided for support, no weekends and limited admin in the role, team of 20+ staff in a well structured agency that has been around for around a decade.

JOB DUTIES:
- Manage your own portfolio of ~140 properties, one owner / landlord as contact
- Maintenance requests etc for the portfolio
- Handle emails and enquiries, tenant/owner enquiries etc
- Maintain client relationships
- Routine inspections and reports (as required, support provided)
- Lease renewals

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience
