Property Manager - Mulgrave
Due to growth / changes, our modern office of 10+ staff in Mulgrave area has the opportunity now to come and work in our great positive, collaborative working environment as a Property Manager.

An rare opportunity to take over a clean portfolio of 140 residential properties, with strong Work from Home options, and great pay of circa $80,000 + Super.

Working for a large brand name, structured established real estate office, with work from home flexibility, great training, support, free parking on site and a moderate portfolio to manage!

Mandarin Speaking is ideal for this role due to the client base. There is a BDM to help support you in Property Management, along with the Directors also.

JOB DUTIES:
- Manage your own portfolio of 140 properties, residential homes/apartments around East/South East Suburbs (within ~10km of office)
- Handle emails and enquiries, tenant/owner enquiries etc
- Maintenance requests etc for the portfolio as required
- Lease renewals, do condition reports and inspections as required with support
- Anything else as deemed necessary for portfolio management

- $80,000 + Super + Commissions + Free Parking
- Phone, laptop or tools of the trade can be provided
- Strong WFH Options Up to 2-3 days/week (TBC)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience (on a good size portfolio, ideally)
- The desire to grow and progress in a friendly, inclusive team
- Car and drivers licence
- Mandarin Speaking Ideal
