Role Overview:

As a Property Manager at Ray White, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient

management of our rental properties. The best part? We have a full-time Business

Development Manager, Leasing Agent, and Head of Department to support you—meaning

no leasing duties are required for this role. Your key responsibilities will include but won't

be limited to:

● Managing a portfolio of 150- and growing rental properties while building and

maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and tenants.

● Conducting regular property inspections and addressing maintenance issues

promptly.

● Processing lease agreements, lease renewals, rent increases and bond

lodgements.

● Attend VCAT as required (including case preparation)

● Overseeing and completing property compliance

● Delivering exceptional customer service and efficiently resolving tenant inquiries or

concerns.

What We Are Looking For:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Property Manager with:

● A proven track record in property management.

● Experience with using Propertyme, Inspection Express and Inspect Real Estate.

● Flexibility to work 1 in 4 Saturdays, if required.

● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

● A solid understanding of real estate legislation and regulations.

● Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

● A customer-centric approach and a passion for exceeding expectations.

Essentials:

● Minimum 3 years experience in Property Management

● Previously managed a portfolio end to end

● Victorian Driver License and a reliable vehicle

● Current Police Check or willingness to obtain one

● VCAT experience (presenting and case preparation)

● Current Agents Representative Certificate

● Drive, ambition and passion for Real Estate
