The Role:
My client is seeking an experienced Property Manager within the Commercial space. The role seeks an individual to who comes from a strong Property Management background and the ability to deliver tennancy managaement for A grade premium assets on bealf of one of Australia's leading real estate organisations working in conjunction with the Client's.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:.
We're a well-established agency known for our excellence in the property industry, and we're looking for an experienced and proactive Property Manager to take charge of a premium portfolio of both furnished and unfurnished residential properties in the Eastern Suburbs and Sydney CBD.
About the Role
As a Property Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a carefully selected portfolio of residential properties. You'll enjoy the autonomy to manage your own schedule, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive team environment. This role offers the opportunity to negotiate your working hours, ensuring the ideal balance between your personal and professional life.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties
- Conducting regular property inspections and coordinating necessary repairs and maintenance
- Providing top-notch service and support to both landlords and tenants
- Managing all stages of the rental process, including marketing, property viewings, applications, and lease agreements
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records (financials, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation)
- Ensuring strict adherence to legal and industry standards in property management
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities to grow the property portfolio
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in residential property management
- A proactive, self-driven approach with excellent time management skills
- Proven success in managing a diverse property portfolio
- Familiarity with property management softwares
- In-depth knowledge of ental market
- A valid Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License (NSW)
- Strong understanding of property laws and best practices
- A current driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- A solutions-focused attitude with a knack for resolving issues promptly
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Extra Details:
- Salary: between $70,000 - $90,000 + Super (Depending on experience)
