Our partner is seeking multiple candidates for property management roles in their dynamic rental department in Melbourne's Inner East! Assistant Property Management and Property Management roles on offer!

your role

• Handle tenant & landlord queries
• Assess & process lease applications
• Lease preparations
• Monitor renewals & rental reviews
• Conduct entry/exit reports, condition reports & routine inspections
• For senior roles, manage a portfolio of approximately 170 properties
• Approx 1 in 8 Saturdays required, time in lieu for hours worked during the week
• Training available
• Immediate start available
• Growth & development available

your advantage

• Experience in a similar real estate role required for junior position, experience as a property manager is a must for senior property management position
• Agents Representative Certificate or equivalent
• Reliable car and drivers license
• Has exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Enjoys being part of a team!
