An exciting opportunity is now available for a hands-on, experienced, and guest-focused management couple to join a much-loved South Coast property, Mercure Resort Gerringong. This unique, lifestyle-oriented role is ideal for a couple ready to take the reins of a coastal hotel with charm, loyal guests, and a supportive on-site team.

As our on-site Management Couple, you will take charge of the day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of the property, overseeing the front office and guest experience, assisting with event bookings, and maintaining high standards in presentation and maintenance across the resort. The ideal couple will be results-driven, proactive, and take pride in their ability to resolve issues, connect with guests, and maintain operational excellence.

You will be supported by an established restaurant team including an experienced head chef and restaurant manager.

Key Qualities We’re Looking For:

Previous hospitality management experience (accommodation background highly regarded)
