This is a Casual position, school hours Tues/Wed or Wed/Thur for an experienced Bookkeeper.

Key Duties

Weekly payroll for approx. 20 employees within 2 Companies in MYOB

Onboarding new Employees

Maintaining information and operating under relevant EBA and Awards

Superannuation reporting and payments

Recording timesheet hours for jobs in EXCEL

Data entry and invoicing

Reconciling bank accounts including credit cards

BAS & IAS preparation and lodgement

Insurance renewals/amendments

Workcover preparation and managing

EOM supplier payments

Complying with EBA contributions

Liaising with Director/External Accountants for year-end preparations

Skills Required

Strong organisational skills

Min 5 years in similar role

MYOB/Office 365/Excel a MUST

Knowledge of Construction EBA/Awards favourable

Happy to work as part of a small team and autonomously
