The role

We are offering a permanent part-time/full-time position (25-38hrs/wk) as an Bookkeeper who will manage the accounting department and financial reporting requirements for the business.

Tasks & responsibilities

Responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables functions

Full function End-to-End Payroll and associated obligations

Responsible for regular Bank Reconciliations Debtor and Creditor Reconciliations and General Ledger Reconciliations

Attendance to Internal and External month end financial reporting requirements

Producing the end of month Financial Report for presentation to the Board of Directors to assist with business decision making decisions

Qualifications & experience

Diploma or Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or similar and/or equivalent accounting experience

High to advanced proficiency in the MYOB accounting package
