Professional Bookkeeper – Part-time

Must reside in Cairns.

We are seeking a hard-working, efficient, and accurate Professional Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team within a fast-paced business environment.

The successful candidate will support the business with management of client financial records and involvement in business and personal development activities, sales and marketing, and networking for business and personal growth.

Your role will be to manage existing client financial records with accuracy and attention to detail. To promote the business and attract more clients. And be accountable for quality of work and client liaisons. Demonstrating honesty and integrity.

Requirements

Certificate 4 in Accounting and Bookkeeping (or currently studying)

Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles.

MYOB, XERO and QBO proficiency.

Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Highly organised and confident in ability

High level professional communication skills, both written and verbal

Attention to detail with 100% accuracy

Professional appearance, approachable, with a can-do attitude

Dedicated, loyal and committed to business growth

Promptness, being on time for appointments and responding to client requests

Ability to work as part of a team, supporting team members and working collaboratively

Be honest and act with integrity

Maintain client confidentiality.
