About the Role

As a Mortgage Broker at Loan Market, you will:

• Work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored lending solutions
• Manage the end-to-end mortgage process, from application to settlement
• Leverage our extensive lender panel to source competitive loan products
• Maintain strong relationships with referral partners and clients, ensuring long-term engagement
• Provide expert advice on home loans, refinancing, and investment lending
• Stay up to date with industry trends and lender policies to deliver the best outcomes for clients

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• 2+ years experience as a Mortgage Broker or in a similar lending role
• A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred)
• Strong relationship-building skills and a client-first mindset
• Excellent knowledge of loan structures, lender products, and credit policies
• A proactive approach to business development and lead generation
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• A results-driven attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding client service
