We’re a dynamic, industry-leading drilling company that delivers water bore solutions to customers across Queensland. Our Water Solutions division is growing, and we need a dedicated Water Bore Coordinator to own our customer relationships, scheduling, and logistics.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Customer Service Guru – Your phone is your greatest superpower! You'll manage enquiries, book jobs, and keep customers informed.
• Scheduling Expert – Coordinating water bore drilling projects, including team movements, accommodation, and last-minute changes.
• Problem Solver – Handling challenges with a can-do attitude, ensuring smooth operations.
• Social Media & Marketing – Managing content and scheduling posts to showcase our work.
• Reporting capabilities - Be confident with numbers, able to gather and analyse data, and provide reports that support informed, data-driven decision-making.
• Big Personality, Clear Communicator – You’re confident having the tough conversations while keeping interactions positive and solutions-focused.

Who You Are:

• A natural communicator who builds relationships easily.
• Experienced in property management, travel, or logistics, where fast-moving schedules are the norm.
• Tech-savvy, familiar with social media, marketing, and scheduling software (Salesforce experience a bonus)
• A glass-half-full person who thrives in a busy, ever-changing environment.
• Someone who just gets things done—no fuss, no stress.
• Experience with water bores is an advantage, but not essential—on-the-job training will be provided.
