Total Remuneration $85,571 to $90,384 pa (including salary of $72,309 to $76,376 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

In this fast-paced and purpose-driven role, you'll keep the day-to-day office operations running smoothly by managing finance processes, coordinating schedules, providing executive support, overseeing procurement, and ensuring seamless stakeholder engagement.
Your expertise in administration and organisation will support critical projects, events, and funding applications, helping to create real impact where it matters most. As the first point of contact, you will have the opportunity to expand your professional network, build strong working relationships, and ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders.

Position Requirements
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Proven ability to provide high-quality administrative support, manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and resolve issues independently.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Hold a C Class driver’s licence, be willing to travel, and open to working outside standard business hours for events.
Be eligible to obtain or currently hold a valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
