CoCreate Solutions are a leading specialist metalwork subcontractor in South Australia. We design, manufacture, and install high-quality metalwork solutions, servicing a broad range of industries including construction, mining, civil and marine infrastructure. We are an ISO Certified organisation, designing, manufacturing, and installing a broad range of metalwork solutions from our Lonsdale factory.
Due to continued growth in the company, we are seeking an experienced Finance and Office Administrator to join our team.
About the role
This is a full-time Finance and Office Administrator position that will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial and administrative support to the business. This role is an opportunity to apply existing theoretical and practical skills across the entire finance and administration portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Administration
- Project Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Manage company payroll and subcontractor payments
- Manage processing of all contract documentation required for customer invoicing
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and analysis
- Monthly, Quarterly and Annual maintenance and preparation of compliance reporting
- Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
- Preparing and processing payroll, invoices, payments, and other financial documents
- Reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions
- Managing Insurances, Registrations and Licensing across the business
- Banking
Operational Administration
- Assisting Directors and operations team
- Office management
- Maintaining business registers, filing and documentation
- Tender application and preparation assistance
- Manage a spectrum of general office tasks, including office supplies procurement and coordinating team meetings.
- Handling office administration duties, such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and filing
- Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
What we're looking for
- Relevant experience in a finance and office administration role, preferably in the Construction or Fabrication industry
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using financial software, such as accounting and payroll systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and commercial acumen
- Current driver’s licence.
