About the role

Join Medpro Finance Corporation Pty Ltd as a Settlements Associate and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of financial transactions. This full-time position is based in Sydney CBD (4 days per week in the office), offering opportunities for learning and growth within a dynamic financial services organisation.

What you'll be doing

Preparing transaction settlements for our portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing

Checking loan documentation and satisfaction of pre-settlement conditions

Verifying KYC compliance and adherence to processes and procedures

Liaising with internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies

Preparing payment directions, PPSR registrations and settlement completion emails

Tracking post-settlement actions

What we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in a settlements or transaction processing role within the banking or financial services industry

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work accurately, multi-task and prioritise under pressure

Good problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Commitment to grow, develop and demonstrate longevity with employers

A team player who is adaptable and eager to learn
