About the role:

Settlements and Support Officer is primarily responsible for completing the settlement process of commercial property loans and managing the loan in its lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Letters of Offers for commercial property loans
• Instruct panel solicitors to prepare loan documentation.
• Work closely with solicitors to ensure that settlement on track.
• Liaise with lending managers to ensure that all conditions are met.
• Monitor the loan performance, producing loan statements and payout figures.
• Reports producing.

Skills and Experience:

• 2-3 years experience with exposure to commercial property loan settlements or a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with and maintain collaborative relationships with all stakeholders
• Demonstrate a strong customer focus with a positive, can-do attitude
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative
• High level of attention to detail
