Lendrive Finance is a brokerage company that specialises in Car and Asset Loans. We are currently looking for an experienced loan and settlement processor / broker assistant to join our team in the role of the loan processor.

We are a small team that is growing fast, there is a genuine opportunity for the right person to grow within the company in its growth phase and into the future.

A minimum of 2 years experience in the car or asset finance space as a loan processor or broker's assistant will be required to be successful in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lodgement - input data directly to the lenders' system and upload supporting documents.

Pending Applications - liaise with the broker/lenders credit analyst for lenders' requests after submission and amend application information/upload additional documents required.

Settlement - Liaise with the broker to prepare documents for settlement, generate required insurance policies and invoices included in the loan,

Prepare settlement documents and check against lenders' requirements/checklists,

Submit settlement documents to the lender and initiate loan settlement.

Ability to work from our office in Bella Vista/Norwest

Minimum Requirements

Background in vehicle/asset finance loan processing or credit assessment

Ability to work in a fast-paced, proactive finance brokerage business.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry of information.

A high level of English, both verbal and written.

Competent in all aspects of Microsoft Office.

Confident in asking questions, adaptable to new concepts, and be able to work independently.

Strong time management skills and ability to work within set timeframes.

Requirements: Software Skills

Candidates with experience in the following car and asset lenders systems and CRM software or processing loan applications directly into the lenders' systems will be prioritised for this position.
