About the Role

Loan Market Excel is seeking a highly organised and motivated Settlements Officer / Post Settlement Customer Care to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an established business that values both individual contribution and team collaboration. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end settlement process and ensuring excellent customer care.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the entire settlement process for both broker and direct client deals

Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure smooth and timely settlements

Providing high-quality customer care, maintaining relationships throughout the settlement process

Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations

Handling any issues or queries that arise during the settlement process

Coordinating with the wider team to ensure seamless workflow

About You

3+ years experience as a Settlements Officer or similar preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service

Strong attention to detail and organisation

Experience in a settlements role (preferably in the mortgage or finance industry)

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

A positive attitude and strong work ethic
