About the role

Become the Sales and Marketing Manager at the leading educational services provider, Del2Mel Pty ltd T/A STUDY DIRECTIONS'. In this full-time role based in Melbourne VIC 3000, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing successful marketing strategies to promote the company's range of educational offerings.

What you'll be doing

• Planning Marketing activities, develop campaigns to boost revenue
• Driving sales by developing and implementing sales strategies
• Planning strategies to develop and maintain customer relations
• Develop new relationships to drive profits up
• Represent the Organisation at Industry Marketing events and Networking events
• Focus on B2B partnerships and enterprise-level sales, targeting organisations invocational education, training, and professional development sectors.

What we're looking for

• 1 year experience in a sales and marketing management role, ideally within the education or professional services industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively pitch to and negotiate with clients
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business, marketing or communications
• Ability to work under pressure to deliver timely and quality results
