Serve as a sales manager, responsible for the sales of the company's products or services. By developing new customers, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets, this position aims to drive the growth of the company's business. This position requires excellent communication skills, sales techniques, and a keen insight into the market.
Job Responsibilities
1、Achievement of Sales Targets
Formulate and implement sales plans, efficiently handle daily sales tasks, follow up on sales leads, manage the sales process, and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.
Track the sales progress and regularly report sales performance to the management.
2、Customer Development and Maintenance
Develop new customers through means such as telephone calls, emails, and social media.
Provide sales suggestions, quotations, contracts and other documents according to customer needs.
Maintain relationships with existing customers, provide high-quality after-sales service, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Visit customers regularly to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
3、Market Research and Analysis
Collect market information, analyze the dynamics of competitors and industry trends.
Based on market feedback, put forward suggestions for product improvement or optimization of sales strategies.
4、Sales Support
Assist in preparing sales contracts, quotations, and other sales documents.
Coordinate internal resources to ensure the smooth execution of customer orders.
5、Other Responsibilities
Participate in activities such as industry exhibitions and seminars to promote the company's products.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Skills
1、Background Requirements
Have at least a bachelor's degree in marketing, business management or related fields.
Have at least 2 years of work experience in sales-related positions.
Those with B2B sales experience will be given priority.
2、Office Skills
Be proficient in common computer software, including but not limited to the Microsoft Office Suite, and be able to efficiently perform tasks such as document editing and data processing.
3、Sales Skills
Possess excellent negotiation skills and customer relationship management abilities. Be able to quickly identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
4、Communication Skills
Have good oral and written communication skills, and be able to effectively collaborate with customers and internal teams. Have strong presentation and persuasion skills.
5、Problem -Solving Skills
Be able to independently analyze problems and propose solutions. Have strong stress - resistance and adaptability.
