Position Description: Sales and Marketing Manager

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be entrusted with leading Eden Group’s initiatives to enhance market presence and drive business development. This position entails the design and execution of targeted strategies to promote the organisation’s primary services, including building management, property leasing and sales, accommodation solutions, and outdoor education programs. The incumbent will work in close coordination with internal teams and external partners to support business growth, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and achieve commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities –

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify opportunities for service innovation and improvement.
• Tailor offerings to target markets and client segments.
• Maintain high standards of customer service delivery.
• Oversee sales targets, pipeline management, and team performance.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to maximise reach.
• Advise on pricing models and commercial terms.
• Lead negotiations and secure business agreements.
• Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Supervise production of promotional content and materials.
• Conduct market research to assess trends and competitor activity.
• Administer sales and marketing budgets effectively.
• Evaluate campaign outcomes and prepare performance reports.
• Maintain strong partnerships with clients and industry stakeholders.
• Resolve complex client issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Degree in Business related discipline (or 5+ years equivalent experience).

Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing roles within the property, real estate, or education industries.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, strategic sales, and customer engagement.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and major social media platforms.
