Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Café Floor Manager to lead our front-of-house team at Naked Bean Café. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for coffee and customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily café operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service and product quality.
• Manage and train café staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
• Maintain a positive and efficient work environment to foster team collaboration.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Create staff schedules and manage labor costs effectively.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Promote café products and specials to encourage sales growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monthly Rostering of staff via deputy the online rostering system
• Social media content creation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a café or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends and early mornings as required.
