An opportunity exists for a responsible and committed Bar Manager to join our vibrant and dynamic team at The Crazy Horse Revue. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previous experience in leadership roles and hospitality who wants to take the next step in their career.

With over 40+ years of history to maintain, the successful applicant must be able to deliver exceptional customer service and instruct and manage staff to achieve results.

The key responsibilities will include:

Assisting the Venue Manager to exceed targets and optimising revenue growth

Effectively order stock and control the bar costs in accordance with budgets

Maintain consistent training and manage bar and floor attendants

Ensuring company rules and regulations are complied with

Ensuring quality and consistent beverages with prompt service

Establish customer relationships through the club rapport with regular customers by becoming familiar with their particular needs, expectations and requirements

Exceed and surpass customer service expectations to ensure repeat business

The ideal candidate:

Will need to be flexible and able to work late shifts, especially weekends.

Must have leadership skills, be self-motivated and should be able to work under minimal supervision.

Must possess initiative and the ability to be resilient in high pressure situations.

Must have prior experience as a bar manager or similar role
