Qualifications & experience

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Full working rights
• Ability to work on a 7 day rotating roster – flexible hours
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
• Strong leadership skills

Tasks & responsibilities

• Work closely with the Assistant manager to coordinate all aspects of the venue's operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the guest experience, increase revenue, and achieve business objectives.
• Support staff training and development initiatives to ensure a high-performing team and maintain a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with the management team to optimize operational efficiency and address any issues or challenges that may arise.
