About Us:

We operate as a licensed cafe during the day and transform into a restaurant at night, situated in a bustling building home to a diverse mix of guests and owners. Our team is in search of a Cafe Supervisor with hands-on role within our small, friendly team.

Key Responsibilities include: but not limited to

Day to day operations of the cafe

Rostering and managing staff

Food & beverage ordering

Stock control

Organizing and setting up conferences when required

Setting menus, daily specials and function catering in consultation with the chef

Daily banking

Cooking on the chef's day off

Maintaining a friendly and professional environment

Adhere to RSA legislation at all times and Food and Safety with handling food.

Applicants must possess:

Excellent communication skills

The ability to be self motivated

Front of House skills

Knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems

Excellent Barista Skills

Innovation in food display and presentation
