We are seeking a dynamic and motivated sales and customer service officer to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will bring proven performance, a winning attitude, and a go-getter mentality.

You will be responsible for:

• Generating new enrolments by contacting Warm Leads
• Producing new business by contacting our existing industry partners
• Cultivate relationships with the industry stakeholders to produce consistent results
• Effectively manage your calendar to stay on top of the daily activities and follow-ups
• Maintaining the database in our CRM

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience in direct sales
• High-level computer literacy
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Ability to work independently
• self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills
