Join Our Team – Internal Sales & Customer Service Role

This is a dynamic, internal sales-focused customer service role. If you’re passionate about home décor, have a flair for design or styling, love engaging with customers and building relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Creating a seamless, positive customer experience in a predominantly phone-based role—because nothing beats a personal touch!

Answering customer queries promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service.

Proactively reaching out to existing customers to strengthen relationships and grow accounts.

Hosting customers in our onsite showroom to showcase our stunning collections.

Representing our brand at trade fairs and industry events.

Thinking creatively to offer tailored solutions and fresh ideas.

Processing orders efficiently to ensure a smooth transaction.

Managing data entry and administrative tasks to support smooth operations.

Staying ahead of design trends to inspire customers with insights and product recommendations.
