Due to strong continued growth, they required a superstar Receptionist & Team Administrator to join the team based in Somerton.

Your new role

As the Bubbly Receptionist & Team Administrator, you will greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner. While foot traffic at reception is minimal, you'll stay busy handling phone call enquiries and managing emails. Your responsibilities will include managing internal sales enquiries, assisting with invoicing in MYOB and performing general administrative tasks to support the General Manager, Parts Manager, Finance Manager and Production Supervisor. Other tasks include:

  • Booking and scheduling vehicles
  • Managing internal job cards, ensuring job scope of works is accurate and vehicle details match purchase orders
  • Effectively & efficiently liaise with all departments to deliver the most effective outcomes for clients
  • Coordinate work order activities for customers from commencement to completion

What you'll need to succeed

You'll have a strong work ethic, a positive and proactive attitude and a track record of reliability and consistency. Your ability to coordinate multiple tasks is paramount, along with:

  • Strong administration skills with a bubbly personality and a customer-focussed approach, ideally from a manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Demonstrated experience in a Reception and Administrative position
  • Excellent in email and calendar management along with intermediate or above skills in the Microsoft suite
  • A solution focussed outlook and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of MYOB is highly advantageous
  • Australian Drivers licence required
  • Full working rights in Australia
