Are you a confident, proactive individual looking to build your career in financial services? We are a well-established Financial Planning & Accounting Practice seeking an energetic, motivated, and professional team member to support our financial planning team with administration while also assisting with general office administration and receptionist duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the financial planning team.

Assist with client documentation, data entry, and compliance tasks.

Handle reception duties, including answering calls, greeting clients, and managing emails.

Coordinate appointments, meetings, and client follow-ups.

Assist with general office administration and team support.

What We’re Looking For:

A confident and professional communicator.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Ability to multi-task and prioritise work efficiently.

Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and learning industry-specific software.

A willingness to learn and grow within the financial services industry.

Have 1 to 2 years of experience working in a Financial Planning practice.

Have experience using Adviser Logic or similar software eg. XPLAN
