About the role

Join the dynamic Let Go team as a Short Term Rental Sales & Business Development professional. This full-time role based in Stirling is crucial in driving the growth and success of our short-term rental business. You will be responsible for prospecting, acquiring and closing new clients/ property owners to our platform, as well as developing lasting relationships to support their ongoing short-term rental portfolio needs.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and contact prospective property owners to introduce our short-term rental services
• Conduct property appraisals and provide tailored rental CMAs with advice to maximise occupancy and returns
• Negotiate contracts and prepare properties for the onboarding phase
• Provide ongoing support to existing property owners for feasibility and portfolio growth
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders via networking
• Contribute to the expansion of our short-term rental portfolio through creative sales and marketing initiatives
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities

What we're looking for

• Significant experience (3+ years) in new business development, sales or account management within the short-term rental, real estate or hospitality industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop innovative rental strategies
• Motivated self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Thorough understanding of the short-term rental market, regulations and trends
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, property management) is highly desirable
