Your Role

• Lead & Develop the Sales Team – Coach, mentor and empower a team of sales professionals to succeed.
• Drive Growth with Integrity – Identify opportunities, refine our sales approach and create strategic partnerships that align with our values.
• Sell with a Customer Experience Focus – Be involved from first enquiry to post-installation, ensuring a seamless, high-quality customer journey.
• Collaborate for Success – Work closely with marketing, operations and leadership to create a holistic sales and customer experience strategy.
• Champion Our Product – Understand and communicate the value and craftsmanship behind what we create, ensuring our customers feel confident in their decisions.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Experienced in sales leadership and business development, with a track record of customer-focused success.
✔ A strategic thinker who can develop and execute effective sales strategies that drive meaningful growth.

✔ Emotionally intelligent, with strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
✔ Analytical and data-driven, able to track sales performance, identify trends and provide insights to optimise strategies.
✔ Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to streamline processes and enhance customer interactions.

Bonus Points If You Have:

✨ Experience in residential products, construction or a related industry
✨ A strong network in the building industry
✨ Familiarity with CRM systems like ACT!
