About the Role We are seeking a full-time Print Services Technician to join the Gold Coast team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of print devices, ensuring clients’ systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair a wide range of printers and associated hardware.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients.
• Ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of services and repairs.
• Work closely with customers to deliver high-quality technical support.

About You To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technician in print services or a related technical field.
• Background in IT Support, Level 1 or Level 2 Systems Engineering (highly desirable).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
