The Role We are seeking a full-time Print Services Technician in Brisbane to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of print devices. You will work closely with customers, delivering exceptional service to ensure their printing systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair printers and associated hardware
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for clients
• Ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Provide expert technical support and customer training where needed

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in print services or a related technical role
• Background as an IT Technician, Print Technician, or Photocopier Technician
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
