To meet the demands of rapid business growth, we are currently recruiting a skilled ICT Support and Test Engineer to strengthen our technical support and system optimization capabilities, ensuring seamless operations."

Your Role

As an ICT Support and Testing Engineer, you will need to provide strong technical support for the online stores, ensuring the stability and efficient operation of the backend systems, while enhancing the automation of overall business processes and the data-driven decision-making capability.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the technical maintenance, upgrading, and troubleshooting of the company’s proprietary e-commerce website, ERP integration modules, platform-specific APIs and plugins (Amazon, eBay, etc.), and internal data synchronization and collection tools, ensuring stability and compatibility across multiple sales channels.

Assist in the development, implementation or integration of automation tools, such as auto listing/unlisting, AI-assisted customer service bots, automated order routing, inventory syncing , and returns handling, to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workload.

Collect, cleanse, and analyze sale, inventory, and customer service data from different platforms (such as Amazon, eBay, and self-owned stores), and create interactive visual dashboards and reports to support management in data-driven decision-making.

Conduct regular testing and optimization of backend systems for each e-commerce store, promptly identifying and resolving bugs or performance bottlenecks to ensure stable operation across platforms. Create and maintain documentation for testing procedures and system configurations.

Collaborate with operations, customer service and warehousing teams, to provide technical guidance, training, and workflow support, improving team communication efficiency and technical coordination.

Manage and support the company's internal IT infrastructure, including office network setup, email systems, shared drives, cloud storage, hardware troubleshooting; deliver prompt technical support and issue resolution for internal staff.

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

5+ years of experience in ICT support or QA/testing roles.

Solid understanding of web technologies, eCommerce platforms, and testing tools(e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, or custom-built platforms).;

Experience in troubleshooting, system maintenance, and performance optimization for websites, plugins, and ERP integrations.

Proven ability to analyze and resolve technical issues across diverse systems and platforms.

Familiar with ERP systems and integrating external APIs for data synchronization (e.g., orders, stock, customer info).

Experience with database query, data extraction, and report generation tools such as Excel (advanced functions), SQL, or Power BI.

Capable of consolidating data from multiple e-commerce platforms and building visual, real-time reports.

Nice to Have

Experience in e-commerce platform data analysis, process optimization, or automation tool development is preferred.

Exposure to automation testing tools or scripting.

Bilingual (Mandarin/English) is a plus.
