What You’ll Do:

• Lead and guide traffic controllers with a focus on safety and best practices.
• Conduct audits, investigate incidents, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Provide continuous training to improve team performance and foster growth.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure seamless, safe operations at all times.
• Cultivate a supportive, customer-focused team environment.
• Support return-to-work programs for injured employees and conduct drug and alcohol testing.
