About the Agency
As the steward for digitally enabling Australia’s health system, the Agency plays a key role in coordinating national engagement, delivery, and adoption of digital health to facilitate person-centred, connected healthcare. Our responsibilities span national digital health services and systems, including My Health Record, Electronic Prescriptions, and the MyHealth App.
About the Role
Join our Technology Services Division, the heart of digital health innovation. We’re entrusted with the operation and enhancement of a reliable, secure national digital health infrastructure and health support systems.
The Knowledge Manager’s primary responsibility is to optimise the Agency’s use and management of knowledge assets, ensuring that valuable information is effectively maintained and shared across divisions, projects, and teams internal and external to the Agency.
The position will liaise extensively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the Agency’s knowledge management practices are aligned with strategic business objectives, legislative requirements and established best practice within the work area.
What You’ll Bring
• Strong project management and change management skills, including leading knowledge management projects, initiatives, or systems implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design or recommend innovative solutions to improve knowledge sharing practices.
• Exemplary stakeholder engagement skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams and external partners under pressure and tense environments.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Management or Knowledge Management, with certification and extensive experience with collaboration tools (Confluence, SharePoint) and knowledge management software.
• Experience working for the Australian Public Sector or other Government department and familiarity government policies, frameworks and ISO standards in relation to information and knowledge management
Eligibility
• Ability to obtain and maintain national police check.
• Australian Citizenship is a condition of eligibility.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a baseline security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a higher clearance if required by the Agency.

Salary: This role offers between $98,045 - $110,612 plus 15.4% superannuation depending on skills and experience.
