We are seeking a Project Manager to lead transformative projects that enhance how we manage data, records, and information. In this role, you’ll work with a talented team to improve systems and processes, driving meaningful change in local government.

Key responsibilities

Lead projects to improve data, records, and information management systems.

Develop and implement strategies, policies, and standards for information management.

Configure and enhance Electronic Content Management (ECM) and SharePoint Online (SPO) systems.

Manage governance and information architecture using Microsoft 365.

Oversee records management in compliance with legal standards and best practices.

Mentor and lead a team, ensuring high performance and growth.

About you

Experience in leading information management projects, ideally in local government.

Strong knowledge of ECM, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365.

Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and project delivery.

Familiarity with records management standards and privacy laws.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Project management qualifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL V4) are a plus.

What we offer you

Base salary between $119,986.67 and $139,773.92 will be offered (dependent on skills and experience) + 12.5% superannuation

2-year contract, full-time (37.5 hours per week)

19-day month
