As a Business Manager, you will play a key role in leading business operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring strategic growth. You will also be responsible for developing and executing a business-focused knowledge management strategy aligned with the overall organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement a business-focused knowledge management strategy that aligns with overall organizational goals.

· Identify business knowledge gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for knowledge sharing and improvement.

· Work closely with business leaders to ensure knowledge management initiatives support business strategies and objectives.

· Oversee the creation and capture of relevant business knowledge, including best practices, procedures, customer insights, and market trends.

· Leverage knowledge management practices to streamline and improve business processes.

· Provide training to employees on effective knowledge management practices, tools, and systems.

· Work closely with business units to understand their knowledge needs and identify areas for improvement.

· Facilitate the alignment of knowledge management systems with business operations to ensure the right information is readily available when needed.

· Select, implement, and manage the right knowledge management technologies and platforms that best suit the business needs.

· Engage employees and business leaders to ensure smooth transitions when adopting new knowledge management practices or tools.
