ABOUT THIS ROLE
The role sits in the People, Culture and Talent Team, reporting into the Head of Leadership & Organisational Development.
As a Learning Experience Consultant, you are a key enabler of our People strategy designing, delivering and evaluating programs/initiatives that impact performance, capability and engagement.
Play a key role in our learning experience transformation project. This opportunity is for a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct learning needs analysis to prioritise development activities
- Design interactive and engaging blended learning programs and e-learning content
- Facilitate learning programs and workshops as required
- Coordinate the Learning and Leadership calendar for the Arriba Group
- Support traineeship and Academy programs
- Co-design/curate learning toolkits and content that are practical, creative and engaging
- Consult and advise key stakeholders
- Manage the Learning Management System

ABOUT YOU
- Strong alignment with our purpose, vision and values
- Articulate software and LMS experience highly desirable
- A growth mindset and a desire to continuously learn and improve your practice
- Innovative instructional design skills
- Desirable - facilitation and/or coaching skills
- Demonstrated experience in design and delivery of learning and/or leadership development programs
- Demonstration of continuous professional development to upskill and reskill as required
- Ability to pass a police check and NDIS Worker Check
