ABOUT THIS ROLE

The role sits in the People, Culture and Talent Team, reporting into the Head of Leadership & Organisational Development.

As a Learning Experience Consultant, you are a key enabler of our People strategy designing, delivering and evaluating programs/initiatives that impact performance, capability and engagement.

Play a key role in our learning experience transformation project. This opportunity is for a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct learning needs analysis to prioritise development activities
• Design interactive and engaging blended learning programs and e-learning content
• Facilitate learning programs and workshops as required
• Coordinate the Learning and Leadership calendar for the Arriba Group
• Support traineeship and Academy programs
• Co-design/curate learning toolkits and content that are practical, creative and engaging
• Consult and advise key stakeholders
• Manage the Learning Management System

ABOUT YOU

• Strong alignment with our purpose, vision and values
• Articulate software and LMS experience highly desirable
• A growth mindset and a desire to continuously learn and improve your practice
• Innovative instructional design skills
• Desirable - facilitation and/or coaching skills
• Demonstrated experience in design and delivery of learning and/or leadership development programs
• Demonstration of continuous professional development to upskill and reskill as required
• Ability to pass a police check and NDIS Worker Check
