The Learning & Development Consultant will design, implement, and enhance innovative learning experiences across this financial services APAC business, playing a crucial role in fostering a culture of growth and talent development, driving learning innovation. It involves management of development initiatives, using a variety of learning modalities including digital, hybrid, and in-person methods.

key responsibilities:

• Partnering with senior business leaders and subject matter experts to provide strategic end-to-end learning solutions.
• Fostering a culture of continuous learning, you will play a crucial role in empowering employees through innovative training materials.
• Design engaging training programs, including onboarding, underwriter learning development, compliance training, and skill-building workshops.
• Leveraging human-centred design principles to create impactful and engaging learning content.
• Overseeing the monitoring and reporting of learning initiatives.
• Analysing learning data to identify opportunities for enhancement.

The ideal candidate will be a senior learning professional with experience in financial or professional services. You will be exceptional at designing and delivering consistent learning programs that enhance skills and capabilities. You are skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating across teams building strong networks, and working independently with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
