Must be located and work from our Mackay Studio in Rural View.

What You'll Do:

Act as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, building trust through exceptional communication and proactive management.

Oversee multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring campaigns are executed to perfection, on time, and within budget.

Collaborate closely with our creative team, contributing your keen eye for detail and design to deliver visually compelling and results-driven marketing materials.

Utilise your understanding of marketing psychology and funnels to drive strategic decisions, optimising campaign performance for maximum impact.

Proactively identify opportunities for client growth, offering solutions that align with their strategic goals.

About You:

Proven experience working in an agency environment, managing client relationships and campaigns.

Exceptional client service skills—you're confident, approachable, and genuinely enjoy engaging with clients.

Strong project management capabilities with a reputation for consistently delivering on promises.

An eye for design is essential; formal qualification in graphic design is a significant advantage.

Genuine interest or experience in marketing psychology, funnel strategies, and achieving tangible results for clients.
