THE COMPANY:
Our client, Puzzle Media, a boutique Social Media and Digital Marketing Agency based in the Robina Town Centre, is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Account Manager – Meta Specialist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced account manager with a strong background in paid social media management, particularly on Meta platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising high-performing campaigns while nurturing client relationships in a flexible, supportive work environment.
THE ROLE:
- Lead the development, execution, and optimisation of paid social media campaigns, with a primary focus on Meta Ads.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals and deliver targeted, results-driven strategies.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, providing detailed insights and actionable recommendations to enhance ROI.
- Regularly engage with clients to update them on campaign progress, performance metrics, and future strategies.
- Contribute to broader digital marketing efforts, including SEO, email marketing, and paid search, depending on your expertise and interests.
- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations are consistently met.
- Assist with content creation and copywriting when required, particularly for social media ad campaigns.
- Maintain a clear communication channel with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in paid social media management, with a particular focus on Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and campaign optimisation techniques.
- Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Asana, Canva, and Slack.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Exceptional client management skills with the ability to maintain positive and professional relationships.
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
DESIRABLE:
- Proficiency in graphic design, copywriting, or social media management would be highly beneficial.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, or other paid media platforms are a plus.
