Right now, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our exciting new Waterfront, in our Barangaroo Sydney office.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a proactive and very organised Accounts and Administration Officer to join our team, at our new waterfront location, in Barangaroo. This role involves a variety of responsibilities including Xero reconciliation work, administrative tasks, answering phones, and assisting the Director's with adhoc duties.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering & resolving customer queries.
- Accounts Payable entries in Xero.
- End of month invoicing & reconciliations in Xero.
- Entering new customer contracts in Xero/CRM.
- Coordinate bin deliveries with the warehouse, and ad hoc requests from the Sales Team.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with general office duties and support other departments as required.
- Update databases, generate regular and ad hoc reports.
- Competency in technology and navigating CRMs.
- Receiving and processing contracts and Purchase Orders.
- Assist with tender documents.
- Support the General Manager & Directors.
ABOUT YOU
- Proactive and independent worker.
- strong organisational skills & attention to detail.
- Must have Xero experience.
- Must have Excel & Outlook experience.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Great customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in accounts reconciliation and administrative support.
- Experience in using accounting software and MS Office suite (particularly excel).
