1. Finance Administration
General Bookkeeping
Accounts Payable – process supplier invoices and reconciliations and weekly pay runs
Bank reconciliations
Credit Card Reconciliations & employee reimbursements
Finance compliance – GST/BAS/Payroll Tax/Workcover
Monthly payroll assistance
Monitoring and responding to all enquiries sent to Accounts inbox
First contact for all Finance Accounts enquiries
Accounts Receivable management (contacting customers, issuing reminders and follow up)
General finance administration support
Month end finance assistance
2. Office Administration - Melbourne Head Office
Developing, maintaining and managing administrative procedures to streamline the office’s operations
Ensuring the office runs smoothly (ordering supplies, ordering uniforms, postage etc.)
General office upkeep
Plan and coordinate company events, including client events and team meetings
3. Other General Ad hoc Assistance
Ad hoc Executive Team assistance as required.
Ad hoc projects
To qualify for this role you’ll need to have:
3+ years of Finance Admin experience
Compliance – experience completing BAS returns and Payroll Tax returns.
Experience with Xero preferable
Experience with high volume transactional environments is preferable
Experience with Payroll processing is preferable
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
